Veterinary Receptionists: Customer Service Representatives
The Customer Service Representative or Veterinary Receptionist is the public “face” of every Legacy Veterinary Group location. People are often nervous or anxious when bringing their pet for a checkup. The duty of a CSR is to provide a warm, friendly, and highly competent point of contact between the public and the medical team at any Legacy Veterinary Group practice. Your training and skills will be used to put customers’ minds at ease as you guide them through appointment setting, billing, or even simply giving directions to the clinic.
