An in-house lab is fully equipped to perform patient-side testing for the sick patient. Reference labs are readily available for comprehensive testing and telemedicine.
Each hospital has full medical and surgical capabilities, digital radiology, dental radiography and ultrasound with real-time consultation and reporting.
Personal and Professional Development Plan
Each doctor is treated individually. We all have strengths and weaknesses. From the start, we want our doctors to have a clear career path and mentorship and training is offered to help achieve professional goals.
Additionally, we want our doctors to grow personally. Each practice has a community service project and charity that it works with. All team members are encouraged to participate. We also want our doctors to be an active member of a community service group as part of their personal development.
Compensation and Benefits
Associate doctors are paid:
- base salary and
- production-based salary
The base salary will vary between hospitals and experience levels. Production-based salaries are not available for new graduates.
The doctor’s salary is increased to pay the health care premium until the company-wide plan starts on 9-1-2021.
A suitable allowance will be available to offset or pay for continuing education.
After vesting, doctors can participate in a retirement plan with a 3% match.
Competitive 14-21 days of PTO per year as well as PTO for Continuing Education.
Annual dues for AVMA and NCVMA are paid by the company.
Annual NC veterinary license renewal fees and NC privilege license fees are paid. Renewal fees for DEA licensure are paid.
Professional liability insurance is paid by the company.
