Core Responsibilities
Client Greeting & Front Desk Support
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Check clients in and out efficiently
- Direct questions to appropriate team members
- Maintain a calm environment during busy periods

Appointment Scheduling & Workflow Coordination
- Schedule appointments accurately
- Prioritize urgent or emergency calls appropriately
- Manage multiple phone lines
- Maintain organized daily schedules

Phone Communication & Client Inquiries
- Answer incoming calls with professional phone etiquette
- Provide accurate information about services and policies
- Route medical questions to appropriate team members
- Support client education when appropriate

Medical Records & Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Process payments
- Manage confidential information responsibly
- Ensure documentation is up to date

Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills (in-person and phone)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Typing proficiency
Veterinary experience is a plus but not required.
